- Make a mixture of 40% water, and 60% YOLANDA. Keep removing until you obtain a lump-free dough with smooth consistency.
- Prepare a deep frying pan with hot oil at 180ºC-190ºC.
- Then using a soup spoon, fill it of dough and pour the dough in the spoon into the hot oil creating small balls.
- Cover with sugar while they are still hot.
- You can eat them with chocolate, coffee or milk. They taste delicious.
